"Great place to stay "

"The place is great; modern, American style town homes. Everything you need and location is perfect for that area of the Basque country as long as you have a car. Beware though if you need good wifi, there is only one router for several units and if all units are rented, the wifi becomes extremely slow. Also, communication can be slow, there was a 15 hour period where we were not sure if we were going to have to change properties due to a serious problem because no one was communicating with us - - neither the property owner nor VRBO. In the end, the property owner fixed the problem (which should have been fixed before he rented out the unit) and we ended up staying our full stay but it was extremely worrisome when nobody was communicating with us as to what was going on. Otherwise, we totally recommend the property. Make sure to bring towels and soaps etc. When we stayed years ago, all of that wasn't provided but this time, we had to go buy everything. Down to the salt and pepper and basically cooking items."

"Wonderful stay at this 17th century b&b. Bed so comfy, and it was a delight to stay somewhere which is so original with period furniture. Breakfast was good, i went for hot chocolate which was delicious. Only drawback for me was no hairdryer, however we would go back as a great stop travelling to and fro to Spain. Good safe parking, and a nice village."

"There was no communication with the owners since apparently they were on vacation. We found the house dirty, with a strong smell of humidity, nobody explained to us how the urbanization works. The place is fine but it was not in conditions for your accommodation. It was a pity that no one had cleaned it beforehand."

"We stated at the apartment when the Tour de France was going through in July 2023. My husband and I loved the location and the area. We had never been to the area and were from the United States, so it was important for us to have an apartment with linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The only downside was the lack of wifi, but I think that is common for most apartments in the mountain area. There was a tourism office with free wifi in the building nearby."

"This home is simply wonderful. It’s a dream to stay up there. It is above Laruns and extremely private with just a few homes around it w a huge view of Laruns and the area. Perfect yard and chairs to hang out to look at the mountains or see the night sky. The house has 3 separate bedrooms upstairs. Large dining area that can sit at least 6 people. Your own driveway and parking. There’s even a great restaurant in the small hamlet up there. Close to many things and gorgeous mountains out of a storybook. Easy check in process and the ones that take care of the house are wonderful and also nearby which is very nice."
