"The room was fine, modest and clean, the mattress was a little thin but for the price you can't really asked for more. Grocery store right across the street, refrigerator and microwave provided and cold AC, highly recommend if you're in a budget. Free continental breakfast, the front office staff wasn't very knowledge about the area but it's understandable because they're mostly foreign students so I get it, parking available next door but a little pricey, I parked my car at one of the city's structure which was about $15 a day Canadian dollars. I did see a lot of of homeless people around the area with glass pipes smoking crack in plain sight"
