"The property looks exactly like the pictures. It has lots of character and is lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The area is great to walk in close to market and some restaurants. We walked the waterfront park and went to breakfast at a local cafe. It's a relatively easy 30-minute drive to downtown Montreal."

"Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards."

"House was ok, clean in general which is the base level. We had bad luck as it rained the whole week. No dock and rough beach area looked not maintained , should be improved.There was 1 tv in the whole house and not well located, it didn’t work apparently since a while and that made it challenging. Bell came to fix after couple days."

"This is a beautiful home in a spectacular location. We enjoyed the 2024 eclipse and a milestone birthday here. If anything, the home is even nicer than it appears in the listing. It's well equipped, clean, large, open, and every room has a delightful view of Lake Memphramagog. The host was very helpful in suggesting a location for watching the eclipse, and in pointing out local shops and attractions. Hope we get to return for a summer or winter adventure."

"New, modern home with views of the St. Lawrence. Clean with windows galore! Bring your own toiletries and hair dryers -- no shampoo, conditioner or soap provided which was a bit of a shock. Otherwise, we loved the place."
