The villa "Paradise" offers a grand view of the Caribbean Sea and the Diamond Rock.
You can admire the sunset, the boats and the starry sky from the huge roof terrace and from the villa.
Its location is exceptional in the charming village of Sainte-Anne and entertainment (restaurants, shops ...).
You can walk to the beautiful white sand beach of the Club Med and the calm turquoise waters. The villa is quiet, some birds will visit you in the morning with the sun (hummingbirds, sugar).
There is also an always sunny colorful tropical garden with frangipani, bougainvillea, coconut, palm, citrus, banana, avocado ...
This is a ground floor house and independent.
Everything has been thought for you to spend a dream holiday, comfort is available (super king-size bed, traditional joinery, American fridge ...)
The villa has a double sea view: top, you will find a terrace with superb views of the Caribbean Sea with sun baths and teak table, the sunsets are amazing there!

Great location and view
The most recent review before mine describing the villa as "very basic" is accurate, but overlooks that the villa has a perfect location steps from the cute little village of Sainte-Anne as well as an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. Oh those sunsets will be missed by us! We spent 7 nights at the villa for our first visit to Martinique. We cooked dinner at the villa every night and had what we needed in terms of pots, pans, plates, etc., but no basics were provided such as oil and salt/pepper so we had to buy those things. There was also no toilet paper or paper towels. The villa could also use some updating with the beds, linens and towels. They were all pretty old and worn, and the beds weren't very comfortable for us, partly because the pillows were flat and lumpy and there was no blankets, only a very light sheet. No AC which was fine with a nice breeze always blowing, and fans in all the rooms. Also no wifi which was annoying at first since the listing clearly says internet is at the villa and we depend on that to keep in touch with family back home, but actually by the end of the week we really enjoyed the break from our devices and got by with a quick check in with the bakery's wifi each morning with a croissant. If you want luxury accommodations and are used to nice hotels and resorts, this place may not be for you. At times, it did feel a little like camping to us. But if you're more interested in a good location and a good view, this villa will suit you well. We absolutely loved Martinique, and especially Sainte-Anne. The people were so friendly and it's just a real nice, safe, clean, pretty little village.

Very basic and over priced
This is a very, very basic house and not a place that is nice to hang around in. It is ill equipped and lacks most amenities, it is simply very un-cozy. The wind blows straight through the house and you could hear the neighbors talking as if they were in the bedroom through the night. We could not wait to leave from the minute we walked in, there was no way we could stay there for a week. We packed up and left as soon as we found another place to rent for the week.

Excellent location & helpful host but...
We loved this charming house!!! Just 5 minutes away from the center of Saint Anne and 15 minutes walk to the the beach. Our local host met us late in the evening when we arrived and showed us everything before we settled down. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It has great views and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner (in France) was super nice to deal with and very responsive. One problem was that there are a few rooms (top part of the living room windows, kitchen window etc.) without screens so there were mosquitoes in the house. I hope they address this problem and make it even better.

Magnifique emplacement avec aucun vis à vis. Jardin avec de belles plantes tropicales (frangipaniers, caoutchouc,corosol,...) nettoyé juste avant notre arrivée Nous avons bien profité de la villa au charme d'antan et de la vue malgré certains équipements un peu vetustes.

Une villa magnifique avec une vue mer superbe !!
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa Le Paradis ! Parfaitement située à quelques pas de la plage et des magasins, la villa est très bien équipée et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La décoration est de très bon goût, tout en bois exotique et nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. Tout y était : l'emplacement tout d'abord, tout proche de la mer, des plages calmes et des commerces (tout accessible à pied du coup nous n'avons pas eu besoin de voiture : génial) avec une vue sur la mer des Caraïbes et sur le rocher du Diamant à couper le souffle. La maison ensuite, calme et très agréable à vivre. On a trouvé la maison ainsi que son jardin, dans un état impeccable de propreté, et avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires à une utilisation facile et agréable. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous allons en Martinique dans diverses villas sans jamais trouver la maison qui nous donnait envie d'y revenir. Mais c'est enfin du passé, car nous avons enfin trouvé ce qu'on cherchait depuis longtemps : une villa dans laquelle on se sent clairement comme "à la maison" et qui nous donne envie de relouer chaque année ! Mention spéciale pour le restaurant PAILLE COCO qui se trouve juste à quelques pas : cadre idyllique et excellents cocktails ! Encore merci pour tout ! Nous vous recommandons vivement ce lieu magique.

maison tres tres bien placee (resto,bars,boulangerie,services tout à pied),spacieuse. je rajoute cependant un Mais : il faudrait un bon rafraîchissement de la maison : peinture qui saute, portes ne ferment pas, pas très propre, meubles vieillots et mal en point.. c'est vraiment dommage d'avoir une maison avec un si grand potentiel non utilisé!

Séjour fabuleux, vue mer grandiose
Encore merci à Isabelle pour ce magnifique séjour. L'emplacement de la maison est vraiment exceptionnel. C'est fantastique de pouvoir aller à pied partout, surtout quand on est retraité comme nous. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir aller à la plage pointe marin et du Club-Med à pied depuis la maison. Ces plages sont superbes, comme un lagon, et sans vagues. Nous ne regrettons vraiment pas une fois de plus d'être venus en septembre en Martinique car l'eau de la mer est très chaude à cette saison et il n'y a pas trop de pluie et aucun moustique. Le logement correspond exactement à la description. En plus il y a un jardin avec de beaux colibris. Les fauteuils et le canapé relax sont un grand plus ainsi que le grand lit King size et le réfrigérateur américain pour les glaçons. Juste une remarque : peut-être prévoir un ou deux transats de plus sur la terrasse pour le soir et pour être tatillon un étendoir de plus pour pendre le linge. Nous avons apprécié les couchers de soleil sur la mer depuis la terrasse et l'absence de vent. Que de bons souvenirs et de belles photos. Nous reviendrons avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. Hâte de revenir !

Maison bien située, equipement sommaire
Points forts : proche du centre de Sainte Anne. La terrasse du haut offre une très belle vue. On peut tout faire dans Ste Anne à pied (centre, resto, plages). Cette partie de l'île offre parmi les meilleures plages martiniquaises. La personne qui gère les arrivée et départ est aimable et accueillante. Points faibles : Certains couchages sont terriblement fatigués, des fauteuils crevés, la cuisine offre le strict minimum. La terrasse du haut n'est pas equipée pour y rester ce qui ne permet pas de profiter pleinement de la belle vue. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres (qui se decollent) ne permettent pas de retenir les moustiques et il n'y en a pas sur les lits. Notre sommeil a été très difficile tellement nous étions piqués. En conclusion, malgré le nombre de couchages, l'emplacement la prestation ne vaut pas le prix.

Excellent !!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Logement très bien situé et confortable et bon rapport qualité prix. Le lit de 2 mètres de large dans la chambre parentale avec sa salle de bain privée c'est royal :) Ce qu'on a vraiment aimé c'est de se lever le matin et d'aller au marché ou à la plage à pied sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Nous avons accès à une plage calme sans vagues, bleue turquoise et paradisiaque en quelques minutes à pied (plage Anse Tonoir et plage Pointe marin) (pointe marin est pour nous la plus belle plage de l'île). Cela était génial car le Club Med est à proximité de la villa et vous pouvez vous baigner devant. Tout était conforme au descriptif, le coin cuisine est simple mais fonctionnel (on a adoré le frigo américain avec glaçons), la vue sur la mer est top et on voit même le rocher du diamant ! C'est vrai qu'on aurait aimé un peu plus d'emménagement sur la terrasse du haut mais la propriétaire nous a bien expliqué que la journée il faisait trop chaud pour en profiter (trop de soleil sur le sol blanc comme en Grèce) mais c'est vrai que le soir au coucher du soleil c'est très agréable (on voit même un spectacle de lucioles et on peut observer les bateaux). La vue mer depuis la table quand on mange dehors est appréciable ! La villa est au calme tout en étant dans le village. Les Martiniquais sont très accueillants. Nous vous conseillons de déjeuner à la Dunette, juste en bas de la maison. Nous recommandons sans réserve pour tous ceux qui comme nous veulent tout faire à pied. Et une vue à couper le souffle. Se réveiller tous les matins avec cette vue, juste magique. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr avec grand plaisir!

Sejour au soleil
Les plus: la maison est idealement situé a 5 minutes des comerces et restaurants et a 10 minutes d'une plage paradisiaque. La maison est grande etvles 2 salee de bains sont très pratique. La vue sur l'océan depyis la terrasse est juste splendide. Les moins: malgré un tres fort potentuelle la maison manque un peu d'entretien et de mise en valeur. La toiture terrasse qui offre la plus belle vue, n'est malheuresement pas équipée pour dire d'en profiter pleinement. L'accès est quelque peu compliqué avec une voiture basse. En conclusion la maison est parfaite pour sejourner du moment que celle ci reste un lieu pour dormir, dommage car il ne manque vraimrnt pas grand chose pour la rendre plus attractive
