Description:
The house is located between sea and countryside less than 4 minutes from the lagoon of Cap Chevalier and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches surrounding the south of the island.
After the bath it is total relaxation in the hammocks on the terrace between punch, nap and blah blah blah !!! With sea and countryside views. Life is really pleasant there; life is good. The accommodation is of good standing, impeccably clean and very well maintained.
The house is located high on a plot of over 1000 m2. The space is therefore well ventilated, calm, and relaxing. The garden of more than 150m2 is fenced for the safety of children.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Le confort en toute simplicité !
Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille, à proximité des magnifiques plages de St Anne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse et les hamacs, le jardin à la végétation luxuriante, les oiseaux et colibris... sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux de Cathy et Christian et leur gentillesse. Tout était parfait !

Verborgen inmitten eines Paradieses
Dieses geräumige Häuschen auf eigenem großen und völlig uneinsichtigen Grundstück ermöglicht herrliche Tage in Zurückgezogenheit und gleichzeitig nur eine gute Viertel Autostunde entfernt von den schönsten Stränden Martiniques. Es bietet außerdem einen wunderbaren Ausgangspunkt zu Touren v.a. in der Südhälfte der Insel. Mietwagen daher empfohlen. Wen es nicht stört, dass das Haus insgesamt schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, wird hier einen herrlichen und unvergesslichen Urlaub mit Meerblick aus der Hängematte genießen! Die sehr netten Vermieter sind ein weiteres großes Plus! Bis zum nächsten Mal 🙂

Wunderschönes Plätzchen Erde mit Blick auf‘s Meer
Gefallen hat uns besonders die große Terrasse und da das Haus an einem Hang liegt, hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Innen ist alles geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt, für alle, die etwas Abgeschiedenheit und die Natur lieben.

Ein wunderschöner kreolischer Ort der Ruhe und Schönheit
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, das fast schon ein kleines Anwesen ist, sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus hat einen besonderen karibischen Charme und ist von einem wunderschönen sehr großen und exotischen Blumen- und Obstgarten umgeben. In alle Himmelsrichtungen gibt es sehr großzügige zum Teil überdachte Terrassen, die das Haus umgeben. Zu jeder Tageszeit, bei jedem Wetter, jeder Temperatur und jedem Wind findet man ein passendes Plätzen. Besonders haben uns die große Kollektion an guten Hängematten und die Aufhänge-Möglichkeiten gefallen. Haus und Garten sind sehr liebevoll und künstlerisch geschickt dekoriert. Alles ist hübsch, großzügig und sehr praktisch aufgebaut. Das Haus wurde bewusst im alten kreolischen Stil von den Vermietern neu gebaut und stetig erweitert. Es passt sich sehr gut in die ursprüngliche Umgebung ein und bietet einen Blick auf das Meer. Die Pflanzen sind gewachsen, so dass der Blick etwas eingeschränkt ist, aber das macht nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette herzensgute Menschen und für jede Frage offen. Sie lieben ihr Haus und nutzen es auch selbst gern. Man spürt in dieser Umgebung das echte kreolische Leben, ein einheimischer kreolischer Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Man lebt in einer ruhigen ländlichen Umgebung und ist trotzdem sehr schnell an den wunderschönen Stränden des Süden, im Segelhafen Le Marin und vielen anderen touristischen Hotspots der Insel. Die verkehrstechnische Anbindung ist sehr gut. Wir wären gerne geblieben, es ist ein so schöner Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Danke, dass wir dort sein durften.

Très bonne expérience de 6 nuits dans cette maison. Vue magnifique, style adorable, terrasse extérieure pour manger du matin au soir. Très bien pour visiter le sud et l’est de l’île ! Cathy avait pris soin de trouver un lit pliant pour notre fille. La climatisation est très très appréciable dans les chambres (attention il n’y en a pas dans le salon pour le 3ème lit double). Pour résumé un confort simple pour des vacances sans chichi dans le sud. Pas de vis à vis, environnement calme.
