Vacances de rêve!

Cela faisait des années que je souhaitais visiter l'ile de la Martinique et, sincèrement, je n'ai pas été déçu. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par Josiane et son mari. Apres 30 minutes de route, j'ai enfin pu découvrir la résidence ainsi que l'appartement que j'avais réservé. Ce celui-ci était spacieux et décoré avec gout. L'équipement (Climatiseur,réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaques chauffantes, téléviseur...)était en parfait état. Globalement l'appartement était propre et je n'ai rien à redire à ce propos. Le lit était grand et très confortable, les oreillers également (je suis maniaque des oreillers lol). Etant situé au rez-de-chaussée, j'ai pu profiter de la terrasse et de l'air chaud tempéré par des alizés bienvenus... L'environnement proche de l'appartement est assez calme. On peut profiter du bruit du vent dans les palmiers à proximité mais surtout de la plage située à 100 mètres... Quelle joie de plonger dans un eau claire de 25 degrés et de profiter de mon premier coucher de soleil! Waw une véritable première. J'ai rapidement sympathisé avec les voisins eux aussi en vacances (leur 3eme voyage en Martinique. Seuls bémols: - la pluie. Elle est tombée deux ou trois fois m'empêchant de profiter pleinement de la plage. Mais rien de bien méchant. -Les moustiques. Apres 18h ces derniers sont à l'offensive et très rapidement le répulsif est devenu mon meilleur ami :-) Je recommande donc vivement cette location d'autant plus que ses propriétaires sont simplement géniaux( une amitié forte s'est même crée). C'est certain, je reviendrai mais cette fois avec ma femme.

"propriétaires acceuillan...

"propriétaires acceuillants mais: logement non conforme à l''annonce (en fait, il possède plusieurs studios mais a publié une seule description d''appartement et tous ne sont pas semblables): exemple wc séparés, en réalité, dans le studio 7008 ils sont ds la salle de bain. La photo de la terrasse est trompeuse car on ne voit pas le passage voitures devant (peu fréquent mais ...) pas de canapé comme indiqué, par contre un lit supplémentaire en 120 à ouvrir peut être dans la salle de bain (prévue pour personne handicapée) car la chambre est trop petite pour 2 lits, enfin prise rasoir défaillante, manque de poignée sur 1 tiroir de la commode, le BBQ électrique était manquant, il était en réparation et finalement a été remplaçé en neuf après 1 semaine! voilà, beaucoup de petites choses qui sont aggacantes à l''arrivée. Un peu plus de contrôle avant la mise de l''annonce en ligne éviterait ces désagréments."

"Appartement très propre,...

"Appartement très propre, propriétaire accueillant, le site de L'anse Caritan est très bien et sécuritaire, belle piscine, au niveau de l'équipement pourrait avoir un peu plus, papier de toilette kleenex, savon à vaisselle, des trucs comme ça, car quand on arrive de l'étranger on ne peut tout apporter... au niveau service, avoir le service du wi-fi serait un atout"
