"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. MAGNIFICENT HOUSE BETWEEN VINEYARDS, RIVER AND SEA WITH 8X4 SWIMMING POOL

"Après 15 jours passés dans cette magnifique maison, nous pouvons dire que nous nous sommes sentis… comme chez nous ! La maison est grande, belle, chaleureuse, et surtout, elle ne ressemble absolument pas à une location de vacances impersonnelle type Airbnb. On s’y sent vraiment bien dès que l’on arrive. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la maison est pleine de charme et tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente comme à la maison.Et puis il y a Christine… Une hôte d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours aux petits soins et pleine de bonnes attentions. Elle nous a conseillé plein de choses et nous a notamment fait découvrir le restaurant de son cousin, le Domaine des Fées, où nous sommes allés… deux fois ! Un vrai délice !Et impossible de ne pas parler du vin du papa de Christine : un véritable régal ! Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous sommes repartis avec quelques caisses …Merci encore à Christine pour cet accueil si chaleureux et toutes ses petites attentions. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !Et à vous qui lisez ce commentaire : n’hésitez surtout pas à venir chez Christine ! Vous y serez vraiment comme à la maison, dans une grande et belle maison, avec une hôte adorable."

"Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Check- in verlief reibungslos, es gab genug Möglichkeiten zu parken. Der Pool in Verbindung mit dem erholsamen Außengelände hat uns besonders beeindruckt. In Capestang gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Strände und Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb von 30 min erreichbar. Vielen Dank an die netten Gastgeber!"

"Ce moulin est un véritable écrin de bonheur. Au coeur de la nature, au chant des cigales et des oiseaux, nous nous y sommes ressourcés et y avons passé un excellent séjour. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et la quiétude des lieux incite au repos. Le moulin est une maison de caractère, ce qui complète son charme dans ce cadre verdoyant. Le ruisseau en contrebas a contribué à bercer nos nuits."

"This was clearly the nicest place we stayed on our bike trip from Carcassonne to Sete. The host couple, Natalie and Sebastien, could not have more welcoming or helpful. Their quiet little chambres de hotes is very close to the Canal du Midi path and very relaxing. The swimming pool was a delight after a day on the bike and they served us beers poolside (extra charge). Their extremely friendly pup, Violette, was an unexpected delight. I recommend taking them up on the offer for a seat at their table de hotes as well. It was a delicious meal on their terrace. I would recommend that you consider planning each stage of your trip around an overnight stop at Le Colibri Bleu."

Two good restaurants in the village of Assignan including a great breakfast.. many others within a short driving distance. The cave is an architectural gem with a thoughtful caring winemaker at the helm. Delicious!"
