The shared pool, sized 10m x 5m with a depth of 1.45 m, beckons for relaxing swims, surrounded by sunbeds and deckchairs. Please note, the owners reside on-site in their villa, sharing the pool area, ensuring a warm and hospitable environment during your stay.



The property is located on the outskirts of the village, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Shops such as bakery, grocery store, restaurant are about 1 km away.



Peaceful wooded environment, but not secluded. The village of Saint Victor La Coste is a good starting point to explore both the Gard Provençal: Uzès and its famous Pont du Gard, the Cèze Valley: La Roque sur Cèze and its Sautadet waterfalls, but you will also appreciate to visit the city of Avignon, the vineyards of Chateauneuf du Pape.
