The area was quiet but less than 10 miles from Dinan!! Stuart & Gabrielle we’re fantastic hosts, made us feel very welcome, went out their way to ensure we were ok!!! The entrance is up stone steps to a large combined living room and kitchen. Wooden open stairs lead to the bedroom and bathroom. "Très central pour visiter ! C’est cool… bon accueil, tout ce qu’il faut pour faire des courses ( hyper U) à 5 minutes avec un rayon poisson extraordinaire ! Nous avons été déçu dans le Finistère car pas de poissonnerie ! Nous nous sommes rattrapés. Confort de la maison, rien ne manque. Je conseille ce gite. Quand on a un enfant, le top ! Tout est prévu. Sans faire de longs trajets, vous pouvez visiter Dinan (ville médiévale qui vaut le détour), Dinard (station balnéaire), Saint-Malo et ses remparts ainsi que le Cap Fréhel et son très beau Fort La Latte. "Used this fabulous vacation home as our jumping off point to see all of Brittany. Incredible location, short drives to all the major attractions. The pictures do NOT do it justice, it’s an incredible space, fully equipped and incredibly clean. We were ages 2-75 and it worked for us all. I appreciated the added safety of the pool and the key pad entry/seperate door and pool Cover with my young kids. Great space, can’t recommend enough for your family getaway!"

"Great location and lovely hosts. Well equipped cottage although full of dust collecting objet and could do with a spring clean! Beware the steep stairs to upper loft. Not for kids or oldies. Loved the stay, the locals, the walks, the festivals and local swim spots."

"Une soirée magique dans un domaine remarquable en pleine campagne. Anne accompagnée de son chien Nemo nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et une visite "guidée" des lieux. Anne a été très arrangeante pour que je puisse venir en avance décorer et préparer l'anniversaire avant l'arrivée des invités. Idem pour le départ. Merci encore à Anne et Alfred ! "It was a traditional french cottage and was a little basic and lighting was a bit poor at night. But as the weather was good we were outside a lot with the dog and the garden is great. Everything worked in the house but internet reception is quite poor unless you go to the garage.Had not realised we would be opposite other guests in a bigger place but that was no problem and made it interesting. "We stayed at a family group involving myself, my husband, my grandparents and my children aged 13 and 10. The property was superb, very clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything we could need. The garden was beautiful. We found the accommodation to be spacious and very comfortable for the 6 of us. Local facilities were just a short drive away and the surrounding area is a real treat."

"The house is really nice and spacious. The furniture could do with an update, sofas were threadbare as were the covers over them. Cutlery was not very good, there was little of it and mismatched. That being said, I would definitely stay here again, the garden is big, the dog loved it, as did we. We felt very much at home!"

"A super property in a quiet hamlet near Pluer sur Rance. The cottage is fully equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and has a lovely large bed. Catherine kindly came out to meet us and guide us to the cottage after the sat nav lost the plot. She is a very nice lady, close by if needed but not intrusive. There is a large Super U close by and the location makes it easy to reach Dinar, Dinard and St. Malo. We were sorry to leave and would highly recommend it and would stay again"

"We stayed in this delightful cottage in September, definitely ‘a peaceful rural retreat’. It is full of original features and well equipped with everything that you might need for your stay. Comfy beds, a good kitchen/lounge area, complete with secluded garden for outside dining. We found plenty of places to eat out in nearby Lanvallay but would recommend not travelling into Rennes by car! Visiting the beautiful St Malo is a must."
