"We stayed in the bedroom with the four poster bed and have to say the accommodation is tired and not necessarily well represented in the pictures that are posted. We arrived one hour after the check in time and although we tried to make contact in advance for instructions on what to do as the site suggests, neither the owner or hotels.com replied to our questions so when we arrived it was pitch black and there were no signs or instructions which was disappointing. "Not a location to stay if you don't have a car! Very pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was very small. Not much room to put our suitcases without constantly tripping over them, but the beds were comfortable. Also there was nowhere to sit apart from on the bed. I have mobility issues and the fact that we were on the ground floor was very helpful."
