New villa of very good quality. Very well exposed south, south west, with a
very beautiful sea view and the boats of the port of st suliac.
It is located on the edge of the village "VILLAGE CLASSE" and perfectly independent.
At 200 m you have the supermarket and the baker and 3 restaurants and creperie in the village.
Back to the villa: Large living room with mezzanine, and walkway - modern kitchen:
Ā oven, dishwasher, microwave.

A master bedroom, very beautiful sea view and porttrestres good 160 bedding with sink and large shower.

Nice converted barn

We had a lovely stay. House could do with a few more utensils / pots - all very small. Good location. Perfect for 3 people.

Wonderful location and lovely restaurant within walking distance

The property was wonderful, the view from there was out of this world. The local restaurant were all within walking distance and excellent, very welcoming, how ever from experience letting similar property the cooking equipment was very poor and the lack of hygiene facilities for example hand soap, taking into consideration the recent COVID pandemic. But saying that we had a wonderful time, well worth the money.

St Suliac holiday

We had a very nice 2week holiday stay at this property & the location was excellent in St Suliac but our suggestions for an overall improvement to this property would be a welcoming pack - upgrade to more comfortable settee &chairs - lack of hygiene products- kitchen pots very dated - the description is misleading this is not a new villa itā€™s a barn conversion & itā€™s now looking like it requires a lot of TLC-for example the patio decking area is a trip hazard &also the spiral staircase is a accident waiting to happen- the mezzanine bedroom is not private enough also this accommodation is too small for 6 people suitable for 4adults only. Overall we enjoyed our stay like the sea view was lovely for example but we would suggest further improvements as listed above!

Lovely in a beautiful location

We had a lovely stay in beautiful St. Suliac. Our host had communicated prior to our arrival that he may not be there at our arrival time however he provided clear instructions on how to get in to the property and came to welcome us. The house is beautiful and just as described, the views are amazing and proximity to the beach, shops, town centre etc is perfect. We like to cook when in holiday, the cooking facilities were fine but equipment and utensils were limited. Also we were only provided with 4 bath towels for 6 people for a week. Finally I would note, the third bedroom although being comfortable is only suitable for children, as received it is a mezzanine bedroom and open to the downstairs. For us, this worked but I would not say it would suit a third couple. We werenā€™t aware the 60e cleaning charge was to be paid in cash but Andre was very helpful and accommodating helping us deal with this. Overall we had an amazing week in a beautiful house in a beautiful village and would love to revisit

Charmante maison avec vue splendide

Sur les hauteurs de Saint Suliac, nous avons profitĆ© de ce charmant havre breton. Le village est plein de charme, les paysages sont magnifiques. Le propriĆ©taire est trĆØs sympatique et arrangeant. La maison est bien conƧue et agrĆ©able Ć  vivre.

Les procĆ©dures de dĆ©part et d'arrivĆ©e ont Ć©tĆ© trĆØs simplifiĆ©es avec le propriĆ©taire. l'environnement est trĆØs calme, la vue sur la Rance est trĆØs belle avec des commerces de proximitĆ© tout Ć  cĆ“tĆ©. Dans les snacks au bord de la Rance, c'est trĆØs bon et copieux avec des commerƧants trĆØs sympathiques. La location est trĆØs lumineuse, bien Ć©quipĆ©e et la literie est excellente. Seul bĆ©mol un escalier en colimaƧon non indiquĆ© dans l'annonce. Cela peut poser des problĆØme pour une personne Ć  mobilitĆ© rĆ©duite, un peu agĆ©e ou de forte corpulence. Cabinets de toilette et douche de petite taille. Mais ce fut une bonne semaine de vacances reposante

Schƶne Ferienwohnung im idyllischen Ort Saint Suliac

Das Ferienhaus war hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Der Blick auf die Rance ist fantastisch, vom Ferienhaus bis zum Ortskern sind es zu Fuss nur 100m. Wir wĆ¼rden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Notre sĆ©jour s'est trĆØs bien passĆ© dans un village magnifique et une maison des plus agrĆ©able, trĆØs calme. TrĆØs belle vue, jardin protĆ©gĆ© des regards et accueil sympathique du propriĆ©taire. CĆ“tĆ© Ć©quipement, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la literie est trĆØs bonne.... Seul petit bĆ©mol nous n'avons pas pu nous servir du barbecue car la grille Ć©tait douteuse niveau propretĆ©, sĆ»rement un souvenir laissĆ© par de prĆ©cĆ©dents locataires. A noter, la sympathie de la personne qui entretient la maison, lors de notre dĆ©part.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ein sehr schƶnes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Aussicht auf die Rance und die ruhige, wunderschƶne Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort Saint Suliac ist fuƟlƤufig in drei Minuten zu erreichen und bietet mit BƤcker, Lebensmittel GeschƤft und Restaurants alles wann man braucht. Herr Tremorin ist ein freundlicher und diskreter Vermieter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.
