"Von hier kann man zu Wanderungen und Besichtigungen aufbrechen, sei es in die Schlucht der Ardeche oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Pont du Gard oder Orten wie Arles oder Orange. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch gut für Hunde geeignet, weil man kurze Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus machen kann. Nicht ganz so gut, Einkäufe können nicht zu Fuß gemacht werden, dafür braucht man das Auto. Das Haus hat ein sehr großes Grundstück und einen großen Pool und liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Pernes-les-Fontaines. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 10 Minuten (mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten) im Zentrum der Stadt, wo man Alles findet, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht.
