With its own private entrance, this single-story cottage features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a covered terrace.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) for two people, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
The living room is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

You can enjoy the large, enclosed garden of approximately 1000 m².
The terrace overlooks the meadow where the owners' chickens roam. A charcoal barbecue is available for enjoying warm summer evenings. Horses can be accommodated in the meadow with a shelter.
Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule and its vineyards are 15 km away and offer numerous sightseeing opportunities and activities. 35 km away, the Montagne Bourbonnaise, with its highest peak at 1160 meters, offers numerous hiking trails for enthusiasts. Vichy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and spa town, is 10 km away.

Special rate for spa visitors: €990 for 3 consecutive weeks or €1220 for 4 consecutive weeks. (Excluding June, July, and August)

Gîte amenities: bed linens included, but beds must be made upon arrival. Household linens are included.

If bed linens are changed during your stay: €15 per bed.

Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay (if consumption exceeds the daily allowance of 8 kWh).
