"The front desk staffs were amazing! My friend and I arrived pretty late in the night but the receptionist was super patient and helpful especially since we didn't speak French. We even got offered some warm and delicious welcome cookies! Our hotel room was nice and clean. Their beds and pillows were sooo soft felt like sleeping in a cloud. The hot tub was closed down for renovations but they heated the entire pool so I think that was even better! Sauna was toasty and hot. No complaints from my stay here and I will definitely book again. Plus it was less than 15mins drive away into Old Quebec City!"
