Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town and a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, waterside walks, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural places such as the old town, the Romanesque church Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Bonaparte garden. In Fréjus, there is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit Blick aufs Wasser wie im Inserat gezeigt, sowohl von der Terrasse aus, als auch durch das große Fenster. Alles ist da. Direkt zum Wohlfühlen. Danke des Wellenganges war auch die Straße fast nicht zu hören. Sehr gut ist es, daß die Straße nicht zu sehen ist sondern nur Büsche und Bäume. Ums Haus sehr viel grün, sehr schön Straße nicht

Vue sur mer fantastique.

Maison confortable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très bien située avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. A 10 minutes à pieds d'un gare TER ce qui permet de visiter Nice ou Cannes sans voiture.
