This 120m2 villa located on a wooded and partly enclosed plot of 1000 m2 offers a private infinity pool (possibility of heating the water in May / June and September / October depending on outside temperatures). The view is exceptional on the sea and the bay of Agay. Consisting of a living room, with sofa bed, open onto a dining room with a farm table. This villa has 3 bedrooms with sea views. Air conditioning is installed in the rooms. It has an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave) and 2 bathrooms as well as a separate toilet and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces, one sunny or the other more shaded. Garden furniture and an electric plancha await you. The garden, located at the back, offers you shade for a nap or the possibility of a game of pétanques or table tennis.
Parking for 1 to 2 cars. Located in a dead end, there is no problem of traffic, noise or parking.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Reservation conditions:
- Deposit of 1000 euros to be returned on site upon arrival when the keys are handed over.

Fabulous seaside stay in a very comfortable, instantly relaxing home with lovely decor. Most time will be spent on the deck with the amazing views and sublime pool. Close to Cannes yet so peaceful and relaxing. Many fabulous amenities close by yet also convenient to explore further afield.

A wonderful destination with incredible views that will blow you away. The Villa is charming, very well stocked and extremely comfortable. Agay is such a lovely town with fabulous dining options. The location allows you to take side trips and explore so many incredible towns. We had a blast and will return. Extremely easy check in check out process.

We had an amazing stay in Agay! We took full advantage of the infinity pool, which is amazing. The view is breathtaking! The house is well equipped with everything one needs. It's hard not to have a good time here! The only problem was the construction being done at the house next door and the noise from various machines was a bit much at times. But that is just temporary and will very likely not be the case in a few weeks/months time. We are definitely coming back!

Excellent séjour de 2 semaines en août 2022. Extérieurs avec très belle piscine à débordement sur la baie d’Agay et une grande terrasse. Coin repas extérieur très agréable le midi comme le soir. Villa totalement conforme à l’annonce. Merci à Viviane pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Wunderbarer Pool mit schöner Terasse und Traumaussicht auf die Bucht. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer, und beim Bäcker. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Für uns war es perfekt! Danke Florence

Une propriété avec vue imprenable et située dans un domaine sécurisé excellent séjour, Florence la propriétaire et Viviane qui gère la villa en son absence, sont très réactives en cas de problèmes au calme, proche de tout (plages, restaurants et commerces) Bref, pas mieux que cette location pour un séjour réussi

Florence und die Verwalterin Viviane sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat alles was man braucht- und noch mehr. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist eine Klasse für sich. Vorallem unsere Teenager haben ihn sehr geschätzt. Und wir Erwachsenen die Ruhe, die Lage, die Aussicht und den Tischtennistisch:-) Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, trés bien équipée dans un emplacement unique. La vue est tout simplement splendide ! Viviane est charmante, la maison était impécable . Je recommande vivement cette location .

We had a wonderful week here. Valerie welcomed us and talked us through everything and checked us out too. Couldn't recommend it enough. The downstairs bath and shower could do with updating but apart from that the house was really well equipped with lots of everything. The outside area was simply stunning and the pool immaculate. The house was spotless when we arrived too. Thank you to the team!

Unser Urlaub in der Villa war traumhaft schön und extrem entspannend. Wir haben das Haus mit der wunderbaren Lage und dem sehr schön gemachten Terrassenbereich so sehr genossen, dass wir keine Lust hatten, etwas Anderes in der eigentlich sehr schönen Region zu unternehmen. Jeder Tag war zauberhaft - die Fotos, die hier veröffentlicht werden, können das Lebensgefühl, welches man jeden Tag neu wieder erlebt, nicht annähernd widerspiegeln. Es ist ein Traum und ein echter Geheimtipp, und deshalb habe ich auch lange überlegt, ob ich überhaupt etwas schreibe zu diesem Haus.......es sollte eigentlich mein Geheimtipp bleiben!! Wer diese Villa nicht liebt, hat das Leben nicht verstanden.
