This fully equipped villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Ideally located between Cannes (30 km) and St-Tropez (45 km), in a secure domain, close to beaches and shops (10 minutes on foot).

This Luxury villa built on 2 levels consists of:

- An entrance hall leading to two bedrooms including a large master bedroom with balcony facing the sea and adjoining bathroom.

- A beautiful living room opening onto a pretty terrace with panoramic views of the sea and an open American kitchen. On the terrace, you will enjoy a sheltered dining area with barbecue, an outdoor lounge and a jacuzzi facing the sea.

At the second level, you will have:

- 3 bedrooms overlooking the pool, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms

- A summer kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

By the pool, you will enjoy a roof terrace with deckchairs, a bright outdoor bar, and a hut with panoramic views over the bay of Agay.

On the last level, a petanque ground facing the sea. This luxury villa is renovated with noble materials and equipped with technological tools such as the SONOS music system and home automation to manage lighting, shutters and gate openings. distance. A tablet is at your disposal at the villa.

Located in the renowned Rastel area, a quiet and peaceful residence nestled in the Estérel region, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the bay of Agay, one of the most beautiful on the Côte d'Azur.

Goede locatie, groot zwembad, mooi uitzicht.

Prima verblijf gehad. De woning ligt mooi maar is wel gedateerd. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Slapen in de kelder is geen pretje. Je hebt daar last van vochtige lucht. De kamers op de begane grond en verdieping zijn wel prima. Het huis is in onze beleving dus geschikt voor 8 personen ipv 12.

Maison avec vue époustouflante

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette belle maison, celle-ci est très fonctionnelle et les équipements sont de grandes qualités. L’accès à la plage d’Agay est à moins de 5 mn en voiture avec tous les commerces essentiels. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce voyage.

Fantastiskt hus i fantastisk miljö.

Vi var ett kompisgäng på 10 personer som hyrde detta fantastiska hus. 5 fina sovrum med ordentliga, sköna sängar. Fina badrum. Välutrustat kök med allt man behöver. Jättefint poolområde och fina sociala ytor där alla kunde umgås utan att det kändes trångt. Vi tog oss till huset från Nice flygplats med taxi, vi hade alltså ingen bil. Det fungerade bra för oss att gå ner till agay och handla det vi behövde men bil är nog att föredra då det är väldigt kuperat i området.

Perfect Place

We were 9 ladies looking to be spoilt on a well deserved break before the school holidays. This villa and the town of Agay met the brief and more in every way. Light, bright and airy villa with enough space to spread out or be together inside and out. Lots of little touches that made the villa luxurious but still really homely. A warm welcome from the concierge and her family who went beyond helping with groceries for our arrival. The location means panoramic views of the bay with less than 10 mins walk downhill to the beach and maybe 20 mins back up (in the heat). This place has become our sanctuary and we will definitely return.

Amazing views of Agay Bay

The house was excellent for our extended family stay for 1 week of all adults. The views from nearly every area of the house was wonderful. One of the aspects that sets this house apart is the interior design and quality furnishings keeping the guests in mind. Each area had good privacy from the other rooms and indoor/outdoor living space made the house very space for the 10 of us. Since we only had 1 car during our stay , it was about a 15 minutes walk to the beach area for some of us. We found most everything we needed right there nearby including groceries and even COVID testing for our return trip. The management was very friendly and helpful, if we are ever a large group again this house is at the top of our list for the next time!!

Epic House - Breathtaking View - Magical Place

Our family of 5 just returned from this beautiful house in Saint Raphaël after spending 2 weeks there at the end of July 2020. We've rented many houses via HomeAway/VRBO and this was my first time renting a house that had no previous reviews. I was a little apprehensive but let me say, it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. I am actually hesitant to write this review because I am worried the house may be booked up forever once people discover it. I hope we can go again next summer! Location: Perfect! Easy walk down to the beach in Agay, numerous "water toys" (sailboats, paddle boards, kayaks) to rent there and sufficient restaurant choices. Easy 15 minute drive down the coastal road to Saint Raphael, 45 minutes to Antibes, 1 hr 15/30m to Monaco, 25 minutes to Cannes. 45 to Nice. Stay here and you can easily day trip to any of these places. House was the perfect set up for us - traveling with our 13, 11 and 9 year old. The kids took the upstairs pool side bedrooms and we had the master downstairs and on the other side of the house. We got to sleep in every morning because we couldn't hear a peep on our side of the house. There is a 5th bedroom near the Master if you need an additional one. The kitchen had everything you could imagine needing including an air fryer (?!), a cappuccino machine, multiple teapots, etc. Huge refrigerator and wine fridge along side. Second small kitchen poolside for easy access refreshments while you are enjoying the wonderful pool. Always the perfect temperature in July. Stunning - truly stunning view. Never got old over the 2 weeks we were there. Grill off the kitchen - lots of different places to gather outside. Great sound system. Strong AC. Beautiful plantings around the property that offer complete and total privacy. Service: Florian and Clarisse were great help in preparing for our arrival, sending us information on booking activities in the area, restaurant recommendations and even booked a restaurant reservation for my husband's birthday the day after we arrived. Samia - the house manager, was immediately reachable throughout our stay for questions and for a mid-trip house cleaning. We will absolutely be returning if we are lucky enough to nab a few weeks next summer. It was like living at our own private resort which was exactly what we needed after lockdown in Luxembourg over the Spring. Book it - you won't regret it! Just save some weeks for me!
