The most beautiful holiday home

Beautiful! Not too much was promised. The house is great and so are the landlords. The neighbourhood is quiet and shopping facilities are nearby. Our son wanted to stay there. Always happy to return.

A house for all seasons

There were four of us. We felt truly relaxed in the house and garden. It was wonderful just to open the upstairs bedroom window onto the balcony and view the garden already drowned in sunshine. We hope to return.

Toller Aufenthalt

Und wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa gemacht. Der Empfang war wieder sehr nett (mit einem Apfelkuchen), das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und es gibt fußlĂ€ufig mehrere Möglichkeiten fĂŒr einen Hundespaziergang. Danke an Alix und ihre Eltern, die stets ansprechbar waren. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Sehr achönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, dafĂŒr musste man mit dem Auto viel fahren (Strand, Supermarkt). Was fĂŒr uns aber ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem war. Unsere Anliegen wurde von der Verwalterin schnell beantwortet. FĂŒr unseren Hund war es auch perfekt. GrundstĂŒck komplett eingezĂ€unt und Gassirunde auch in der NĂ€he.

Un véritable havre de paix

Si vous rercherchez la tranquillitĂ©, le calme, le confort, de l’espace pour les enfants, et la proximitĂ© avec la plage ou les randonnĂ©es, arrĂȘtez de chercher : cette maison rĂ©pond largement Ă  tous ces critĂšres. Il suffit de rajouter l’accueil convivial et les petites marques d’attention des hĂŽtes, et vous n’aurez plus envie de repartir
 en tout cas, moi, je reviendrai

Perfekt fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus von Alix liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, umgeben von GolfplĂ€tzen. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Die KĂŒche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind großzĂŒgig, die beiden BĂ€der toll. Wunderbar ist der Sonnenbalkon, auf dem wir in der schon sehr warmen MĂ€rzsonne unseren Morgenkaffee genießen konnten. FĂŒr unseren Hund waren sowohl der eingezĂ€unte Garten als auch Wege unterhalb des Hauses fĂŒr die kurze Gassirunde ein Plus. Selbst ausgedehnte Wanderungen im Esterel-Gebirge waren ab der HaustĂŒr zu Fuß möglich. Die StrĂ€nde der Umgebung, die schöne Altstadt von FrĂ©jus, die Bucht von Agay und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt bedanken, besonders bei Alix Eltern, die uns sehr herzlich mit einem Pastis begrĂŒĂŸt haben, immer ansprechbar waren und uns sogar persönlich zu einem tollen Wanderparkplatz begleitet haben. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in dieser schönen Unterkunft.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub. Das GrundstĂŒck ist umzĂ€unt, liegt ruhig, umgeben von GolfplĂ€tzen, einige Kilometer von St. RaphaĂ«l entfernt. Kleine Abstriche mussten wir machen, da doch einiges in Haus und GrundstĂŒck â€žĂŒberholungsbedĂŒrftig“ ist. TĂŒrklinken, Toiletten- und BidetspĂŒlung sowie Geschirr und GlĂ€ser sollten regelmĂ€ĂŸig gesichtet werden. DafĂŒr waren jede Menge VorrĂ€te ehemaliger GĂ€ste in den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken zu finden. 800 € Kaution in bar zu hinterlegen fanden wir ungewöhnlich viel. FĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher wurden nochmal 15€ pro Person fĂ€llig. Die Kissen waren, wahrscheinlich dem feuchten Klima geschuldet, flach und fest wie ein Brett. Zum Schlafen unangenehm. Die Bettdecken und BettwĂ€sche waren zum Teil zusammengewĂŒrfelt und der Bettbezug ein umgeschlagenes Laken. Zum Einkaufen und zum Erreichen eines Restaurants muss man zwingend fahren. Wir haben viel unternommen und die Zeit in der ruhigen Umgebung genossen.

Superbe maison au calme ....

TrÚs jolie maison avec jardin...voyageant avec des animaux, nous avons apprécié la situation de la maison dans une impasse. Belle terrasse ombragée avec barbecue, une grande table pour recevoir quelques amis ... tout était parfait ! L'intérieur de la maison est confortable, une chambre au rez de chaussée avec salle de bains que nous avons occupé avec mon mari durant notre séjour ... 2 chambres à l'étage avec une salle de bains qui nous ont permis de recevoir nos enfants ... Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine :)

Erholsame Ferien in St.Raphael

Wir haben uns, 4 Erwachsene und 1 Hund, im großzĂŒgigen Ferienhaus wĂ€hrend unseres 2 wöchigen Urlaubs sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Auswahl an StrĂ€nden hat uns gut gefallen, es gibt lange SandstrĂ€nde und schöne Buchten, die mit dem Auto innerhalb 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Auch an den„nicht“ HundestrĂ€nden wurde der Hund geduldet. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he gibt es viele SupermĂ€rkte und BĂ€ckereien, sogar einen großen Biosupermarkt. Wir haben uns gut erholt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal an der Cote d‘Azur.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle BegrĂŒĂŸung und haben das Haus und den Garten tadellos vorgefunden. Betten waren bezogen und es war alles wunderbar. Probleme hat der Gastgeber schnell und zuverlĂ€ssig behoben. Leider hatten wir ein Hornissennest im Baum und mussten Abends immer etwas aufpassen, wenn wir das Licht draußen an hatten. Zu den zahllosen StrĂ€nden sind wir 15 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Die StrĂ€nde im Frejus haben uns sehr gut gefallen, das Meer in Saint Raphael war aber noch blauer. Besonders zu empfehlen, ist eine Weinprobe beim nahegelegenen Weingut.

Tolle Unterkunft. Malerische Lage.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Mit Stil und Charme. Lage in einem guten Quartier der CĂŽte d'Azur. Unterkunft sehr sauber. Mit aller erforderlicher Ausstattung. Wifi ist vorhanden. Toller Garten mit mediterraner Vegetation. Im Vorfeld frĂŒhzeitig komplett bezahlt. Trotzdem gab es vor der Anreise eine ungewöhnliche Diskussion ĂŒber die Erfordernis, ein Deposit zu leisten..... Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage auf einem HĂŒgel. Privater Garten mit genĂŒgend Sichtschutz. Große BĂ€ume spenden angenehmen Schatten. Haus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Selbst mit Belegung mit 6 Erwachsenen genĂŒgend Platz. GroßzĂŒgige und schattige ParkplĂ€tze (morgens bis mittags). Jederzeit wieder.

Relaxen en genieten in alle rust

Schitterende woning in een residentiĂ«le wijk waar geen verkeer is,enkel van de bewoners zelf.Zalig om op adem te komen en de ideale vakantie te beleven en al het moois van de streek te ontdekken.De ontvangst is hartelijk en in detail besproken.Het huis straalt charme en geborgenheid uit,echt super!Alle voorzieningen en benodigdheden zijn aanwezig om volop te kunnen genieten. Dit verdient een 10/10 voor de eigenaars Alix& RaphaĂ«l!👍

Tolles Haus in wunderbar ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind vielleicht etwas schmal... Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Zum Supermarkt fĂ€hrt man nur 10 Min., zum sehr schönen Strand von St. Aygulf (Wassersprot, Hunde erlaubt, Cafes/Strandbars) nur gut 15 Min. Auch fĂŒr AusflĂŒge liegt das Haus gut. Nizza/St. Tropez je ca. 1 Std. Fahrt, Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen ĂŒber Ostern.

Maison agréable et conviviale

Maison bien amĂ©nagĂ©e oĂč l’on se sent bien. Bon rapport qualitĂ© /prix. Accueil sympathique de la part de Johanna. Equipement de la cuisine correct. La literie pour adulte est un peu petite Ă  notre goĂ»t. Les deux salles de bains sont apprĂ©ciables; s’il fallait changer qqch, des douches seraient plus pratiques que les baignoires oĂč Ă©quipĂ©es de parois en verre Ă  la place d’un rideau peu hygiĂ©nique. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour et nous sommes sentis Ă  l’aise dans cette maison familiale. Mention spĂ©ciale pour le baby-foot 😜 Le jardin est agrĂ©able.Nous y reviendrons volontiers.
