A large private swimming pool, a beautiful landscaped garden and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue are at your entire disposal. Quiet area, close to the city center and the beaches of Saint-Raphaël. The villa is ideal for spending a peaceful holiday with family or friends. It allows you to relax and enjoy the various activities of Saint-Raphaël and the Côte d'Azur.

The house includes:
- 3 bedrooms with dressing room
- Kitchen equipped with traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher.
- 2 shower rooms with WC and 1 separate WC with hand basin
- Living room opening onto a large terrace with sea view

A large private swimming pool is at your disposal.
Around the pool is a sunbathing area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities.

The house is not equipped with air conditioning, however, it remains cool even in summer and it is not painful to sleep there. Indeed, it is located slightly above sea level and the walls isolate heat well.

Travelers access

Travelers have access to the entire house, the garden and the swimming pool.
Possibility to park several cars for free in front of the house gate.

Other remarks

All the following situations will generate an additional € 30 to be paid on site:
- arrival after 6.30 p.m.
- check-in or check-out on a Sunday or public holiday
