Lovely, unoverlooked villa. Luxuriant garden, heated swimming pool in St-Raphaël
- Villa 200 m2 in residential area - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms (walk-in shower) - Luxuriant garden not overlooked - Heated pool (without protective barriers).
Children must be good swimmers.
The entire property (house, garden, pool) is dedicated to tenants. No space is shared.
We are happy to welcome and entrust our villa to clean and respectful people.
As the law provides the pool is equipped with a safety device to prevent the risk of drowning, especially young children, however as the pool is not fenced we wish to accommodate children knowing perfectly swim.
Excellent quality of accommodation, comfort, cleanliness, brightness and functionality.
Living room, in the heart of the house open on the terrace for a living in outside.

Un "cocktail vacances" idéal
Recette de base :
* Un accueil efficace et sympathique par de charmants
propriétaires.
* Une villa vaste et confortable, à la propreté irréprochable,
meublée et décorée avec goût.
* Un jardin aux multiples terrasses, dans un écrin végétal aux
innombrables facettes.
* Un appel à la baignade et à la détente d'une magnifique
piscine à débordement, que ce soit sous le généreux soleil
provençal ou sous le subtil éclairage nocturne qui anime la
propriété.

Excellent séjour à Saint Raphaël
Très belle villa avec grande piscine dans un quartier résidentiel calme et verdoyant. Décoration raffinée. Très grand confort. Excellent accueil. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être dans notre maison de famille! Aux alentours : plages, ballades dans l'Esterel et petit centre commercial pour se ravitailler. Nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnels.

Séjour Parfait !
Tout était parfait, de l’accueil des propriétaires très charmants, jusqu’au confort de celle-ci.La maison est décorée avec minutie ,goût et
offre un cadre idyllique, si bien que nous n’éprouvions aucune envie de sortir .
Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.

Une superbe propriété plantée au milieu d'un décor végétal magnifique
Avons passé deux semaines dans ce havre de paix, profitant de cette liberté offerte par l'ouverture de la maison sur les deux terrasses principales surplombant cette magnifique piscine entourée d'une multitude de plantes aussi diverses qu'exotiques. Nous étions cinq, ce qui a permis à notre couple ainsi qu'aux trois ados de profiter chacun d'un espace nuit privatif. Du pur bonheur.
La propriété offre véritablement tout ce qu'il est raisonnable de désirer. Un emplacement ombragé pour la voiture, de nombreuses TV avec une vidéothèque très bien fournie, un bel espace pour les jeux de ping-pong ou pétanque...
En bref, l'essayer c'est l'adopter!!
Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs à toutes nos demandes, depuis le premier contact jusqu'au départ. Charmants et de bon conseil.
Nous ne pouvons que conseiller chaudement cette location.

Villa luxueuse et très chaleureuse - Accueil amical et très correct
C'est une villa avec tout le confort possible, tout est prévu: cuisine équipée, salon spacieux et confortable, chambres très agréables,... On se sent comme à la maison, la maison donne une ambiance chaleureuse. La terrasse et la belle vue sur la piscine font rêver! Un endroit idéal pour se détendre du matin jusqu'au soir dans une tranquillité absolue. Sans oublier les propriétaires qui sont très charmants, accueillants, amicaux dès la réservation jusqu'au départ!

Cela fait 5 ans que je réserve une maison sur St Raphael à la recherche de la prestation la plus complète et cette fois j'ai trouvé !
- La proximité du centre de St Raphael
- Une équipement complet et en parfait état(barbecue,plancha,terrain de boules,ping pong,piscine magnifique et parfaitement entretenue,jardin splendide,calme....
- Des propriétaires bienveillants,discrets mais redoutablement efficaces en cas de besoin
-Des marques d'attention à notre arrivée
Toutes les conditions sont donc réunies pour un séjour tel que nous pouvions le rêver.Je recommande donc sans réserve la location de cette magnifique maison et je veux à nouveau remercier vivement les propriétaires je reviendrai incontestablement dans cette villa

Very very good! We really enjoyed it!
The house is very beautiful, the interior is very tastefully, the house has a wonderful garden and a quite big pool. Everything looks very nice. The equipment is very good, we had everything what we needed, the location is a very silent neighborhood, it took us 5 minutes to the city center by car.
The tenants, Brigitte and Denis, are very kind people and they took care of us and helped us with every problem. Thank you very much for the great time!
