Minor difficulty was no reception on arrival, save a phone number taped to the door. No English spoken, but my opinion is that interpretation is my responsibility. Room key hidden behind flower trough on windowsill, all well after a little concern. A modicum of French is necessary here, but I think the owner was absent at first, and things are much easier face to face, rather than on the phone."
