"Welcoming hosts, lovely gite, very clean. All relevant facilities in the kitchen and bathroom are available. It is a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect if you want to get away from it all. For those who can't live without their phone, there is WiFi, and three TVs! We loved the animals around, rabbits, free range turkeys, horse (not to be eaten!). The hosts are very friendly. We thought it was a great place. A&C 24/10/18"

"We had a lovely holiday in this very beautiful part of the Lot. The house is comfortably furnished and the kitchen facilities are very good. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. There are some great places to visit not too far away; we particularly liked Beaulieu sur Dordogne."

"WiFi was not working and had not been working for some time. We were not told prior to our stay. Both showers do not have the facility to fix the shower head in position so this makes showering difficult. The sinks in the main house bathroom are broken, the waste plungers do not work. You will be asked to clean the pool but there is no mention of this in the booking information. The wooden steps up to the pool are very slippery when wet and in poor condition so need replacing. "A very special location right at the base of the castle walls, and easy to travel out from by car to see the region. Gracious hosts who were very helpful. Very comfortable accommodation which was well equipped for self catering. Loved our stay and highly recommend."

"We would highly recommend staying at this property. The gites are high quality, the setting is beautiful, the facilities are spot on and an ideal place just to chill. However the surrounding area is also full of activities if you wish. All of this is wrapped up such friendly and efficient owners in Tom and Jerome, who it was an absolute pleasure to meet. We loved our stay thank you!"

"This property was amazing for our children, offering plenty of entertainment, including pétanque, pinball machine, trampoline, swings, playhouse, basketball, swimming pool and table tennis. The children were in their element. The view was incredible and the location perfect for days out and popping to the boulangerie in Meyssac, which was lovely. Collonges la Rouge was such a gorgeous village and only 10minutes away. The only reason we have marked this down is due to the black mould encountered...
