Réservation de 2 nuits via expédia. Arrivé sur place à l’accueil on me dit qu’ils ont fait une erreur et qu’il n’ont pas pris en compte ma réservation (pourtant payé d’avance). Par chance pour la première nuit une chambre est libre je peux donc bénéficier d’une nuitée. Pour s’excuser on m’offre le petit déjeuner du lendemain et on me propose une chambre en travaux que je décline car j’ai trouvé un plan b. On me dit que le remboursement se fera automatiquement ayant réglé via le site expédia. 15 jours plus tard pas de remboursement. Pour un hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir pas très sérieux je ne recommande pas du tout.
