"It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is brand new, sparkling clean and very comfortable. It has a metro station steps away, so it’s perfectly connected to the rest of the city. "

"This motel style hotel was convenient but the room was very small, barely space to move around the beds. Twin bed differed greatly. One was fairly comfortable but the second was lumpy and every spring could be felt. Most concerning was the bath/shower. It was very difficult to climb in for us in our 70s. There was no non-slip mat or safety handles and the surface was very, very slippery."

"Ideally situated right next to motorway, for a quick stop. But even though I paid more for a better room it was so small!! I had to edge my way round the wall to the bed. The toilet touched the shower and I could hardly stand next to tiny sink. Really noisy at night. Small children screaming in corridor outside my room. I expressed concern and they assured me all would be quiet after 10pm. At 12.45 am was woken by what sounded like a party in a room on ground floor. I had had a really long journey to here. Had another 500km next day and really needed my sleep. Had to get dressed to go and complain about the loud gathering. Bad night’s sleep. A waste of my money. "

"Good location being a few minutes walk from the old town and restaurants being especially close to some Michelin star establishments. The secure parking underneath the hotel was really useful and easy to get into the hotel from there. The staff were faultless and very good at their jobs. "

"One of my favourite overnight stays of my whole trip. I arrived about 8.30pm, but everything was smooth. Parking was easy, the restaurant open till 10pm and very helpful staff. Good value too. My only issue was that the aircon in the room wasnt working properly."

"Eye-wateringly expensive - taking advantage of the Pollutec event I expect (free market economy and all that). Due to there being no reception after hours, we had to deal with the security guard who was on duty, who was rude and unhelpful (his phone call much more important). Room was tiny, with pillows so thin they were almost see-through. Avoid at all costs, you will be disappointed."
