"Exceptional hospitality and a flawless stay! We had a fantastic stay at Manoir d' Hastings. The property is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard throughout. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service especially from the young lady receptionist on the evening of our arrival. Our car ferry was delayed by over an hour, putting our arrival well past midnight. The team proactively monitored the messages we sent through Hotels.com, tracked the ferry delay, and had the receptionist waiting to greet us warmly when we finally arrived late at night. That level of care and thoughtful communication made a huge difference to our trip. Highly recommended! Top tip- take an hour visit William the Conqueror's castle nearby at Falaise"

"Bel Hôtel, Bien Situé, Tranquille, Près d'une épicerie... Notre chambre avait une cuisinette et pour l'utilisation il y a un frais de $10 euro par séjour (qui vaut la peine) Les employés sont très à l'écoute de la clientèle !"

"A terrific location - close to the center of Caen as well as an easy drive to many lovely towns and historic sites. The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff were so friendly and really pleasant to interact with. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was generally clean. Some parts were a little run down, but nothing major. The pool was very cold, despite been listed as heated - even in the August heat wave! The hotel advertises air conditioning - it does not have A/C!! It has a general 'air cooling system' which doesn't cool the rooms in the slightest. You can't alter the temperature in the room and no cool air comes from the vent. This was confirmed by reception when we reported our 'A/C' not working."

"Great location, right in the middle of the town with easy walking distance to all the amenities. Nice and clean room with everything you need to hand. The staff were very good and helpful. The lift up to the rooms was very useful for us. I liked having a parking garage, it felt safe and secure."
