Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Séjour kerhostin à refaire !

Location très bien située et parfaite pour un séjour en famille. L'hotesse est agréable et très disponible. La décoration un peu dépassée mais pour des vacances cela n'a pas d'importance. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Au premier étage une odeur persistante de renfermé. Une semaine a suffit pour impregner nos affaires. La propreté de la "baignoire" du haut est douteuse. Aucun produit pour nettoyer les sanitaires (hormis un bidon de javel). Mais rien d'assez grave pour gâcher nos vacances.

Ferienhauslage perfekt in Strandnähe. Leider direkt an stark befahrene Straße und dazu direkt hinterm Haus Baustelle. Sehr laut. Sauberkeit mittelmäßig, defekte Markise, Rolladen, Waschbecken und auch sonst sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Garten bei Ankunft glich einer Wildnis. Wurde mit Freischneider einigermaßen hergerichtet. Schade dass man nichts renoviert hat die letzten 20 bis 30 Jahre... Wir können es nicht empfehlen.

ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz, Ausstattung Küche ist sehr gut.Badezimmer unten ist funktionabel. das obere Badezimmer ist nicht optimal funktionstüchtig.( Waschbecken und Dusche).Die Sofas im Salon sind sehr abgenutzt und etwas altmodisch.Die Terrassentür lässt sich nicht öffnen.Ansonsten schöne helle und freundliche Atmosphäre.Gasheizung ist relativ teuer, die Einstellung der Programme müsste besser erläutert werden.Die Lage des Hauses in Kerhostin und auf Quiberon ist sehr schön.

Grosszügige Räumlichkeiten mit genügend Inventar und grossen Garten. Objekt hat alles was es braucht aber nicht mehr. Etwas Charme und etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim Reinigen könnten nicht Schaden. Lage top für Erkundungen am Meer, auf der Halbinsel und am Festland. Objekt

Objekt sehr gut gelegen um auf der Insel wie auf dem festland zu reisen. Schöner nahe gelegener Strand. Portivy hat einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Objekt selbst, hat alles, funktionell und grosszügig. Leider ohne Liebe behandelt. War bei Ankunft eher oberflächlich gerinigt.

Rapport qualité prix, trop cher

Publicité mensongère, il n’y a pas 4 chambre, en fait c’est une pièce Television. Problème il pleut dans cette pièce, au premier orage. Donc pas de chambre en RDC, Demande pour maman 90 ans , qui a dû monter les escaliers pendant 21 jours durée de notre séjour. Étendoirs hors d’usage, balais-brosses inexistant, balais en fin vie, pas de produits COVID-19. Dommage belle maison, pas entretenue et pas isolée , facture de gaz et électricité Trop élevés , le prix de la location étant déjà ++

Das Haus ist etwas einfach "gestrickt", aber es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haus und Grundstück waren bis ...

Haus und Grundstück waren bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung. Sehr störend war allerdings der Verkehr vor dem Haus. Die ersten beiden Wochen ( Anfang Mai bereits ) hatten wir das Gefühl, auf der Autobahn zu wohnen – erst in der dritten Woche wurdees besser. Und die Programme im Fernsehen waren nicht zu empfangen ( weder französisch noch deutsch). Schön war der kurze Weg ans Meer und zum Fort. Reisetipps: Die ganze Küste rund um die Insel ist ein Genuss für die Sinne. Es lohnt sich, gerade die Steilküste öfter zu besuchen. Tageszeiten, Licht, Ebbe und Flut bieten immer wieder neue Ansichten. Ein Ausflug nach Vannes in den Schmetterlingspark ist sehr empfehlenswert. Insgesamt eine schöne Ecke Frankreichs.

Das Haus war absolut in Ordnung. Es gab von allem genug, Geschirr, Gläser etc. Reisetipps: Riec sur Belon sowie Pont Avon sind absolut sehenswert.
