Architect's house next to the beach, Villa YIN is equipped with all modern comforts: each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom (with toilet) and a Queensize bed ; you will enjoy a comfortable and spacious living room, with a large connected TV flat screen (Netflix possible), southern exposure, design decoration, nature and wood, free parking and wifi, Nespresso) this atypical contemporary villa offers a change of scenery and tranquility... and private access to the Bay of Quiberon!
The capacity is 8 people (children and babies included).
Far from the road, the environment of this designer villa is quiet, residential and wooded.
Departing from the Villa, the preserved site of the Quiberon peninsula, with its magnificent nature and its mythical body of water, is available to you whatever the season: the isthmus of Penthièvre and its endless beaches, the small port of Portivy with its mythical sunsets and its good restaurants, the wild coast, the Arche Port Blanc etc.

Encore un séjour parfait !

Cette villa est tellement agréable que l'on oublierait presque d'aller profiter des environs immédiats ! La proximité des petites plages et criques de Kerhostin est un réel avantage pour profiter de ces endroits peu fréquentés. Nous avons également profité de la Côte Sauvage et du centre de voile de Saint Pierre Quiberon qui est également proche et son équipe très amicale ! Nous reviendrons c'est une certitude et quel bonheur toujours de pouvoir venir avec notre chien qui est toujours le bienvenu. Rien !

Un emplacement idéal à 100 m de la plage coté « calme » de l’île par opposition à la côte dite « sauvage » située sur l'autre rive et rabattue par les vents au bonheur des surfeurs . Vacances en famille au centre de cette région touristique au décors merveilleux , sans oublier les plaisirs de la table La villa est très lumineuse ,bien équipée et de déco moderne 4 petites suites composées de : chambre ,salle de bain,wc et dressing ensuite les parties communes sans oublier la terrasse et la pelouse pour notre chien . Tout cela dans une parcelle close a l’abri des regards Comme je le disais, l’idéal pour les vacances en famille et en plus la météo a été de notre côté On y retournera sûrement A vrai dire j’y ai trouvé tout ce dont j’avais besoin et je ne vois franchement pas ce qui aurait dû être amélioré ou manquant Date de séjour : 19/09 au 26/09
