Agréable location située aux portes d’Agen, ancienne et restaurée et mitoyenne de la maison de vos hôtes sans vis-à-vis. Location composée d’un rez-de-chaussée et d’un étage. Depuis la terrasse vous pourrez admirer le paysage et accéder aux étangs. Terrasse couverte de 30m² côté séjour et 1 terrasse de 35m² côté piscine. Terrain commun de 2 hectares avec grande partie privative. Ping-pong. Pas de connexion WIFI.

Séjour de 2 semaines minimum.

Sur place : Piscine privée de 11m x 5 m, profondeur de 1.20m à 2.20m. Ping-pong. Sécurisée par 1 alarme. Ouverture piscine : Juillet et Août.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 500€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
