"The house is a beautiful traditional building. It is light and airy with huge windows. We really liked the big walk-in showers in all the en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are all quite separate (with the exception of two rooms) which gave everyone their own space. The gardens, terrace and pool are totally stunning and easy to relax in for adults and children alike. "The house is very well positioned for local amenities. The local village is beautiful with a great shop and a couple of lovely restaurants. The only negative were the mosquitoes so remember some insect repellent!"

"We had a lovely stay in Julia’s beautiful house at the end of August. The house has everything you need and beautiful furniture and amazing views from the balcony. The garden is on several levels and is fun to explore! Lalinde is in the perfect location for a holiday in the Dordogne and we went canoeing, paddle boarding and cycling as well as visiting lots of local towns and markets. Our teenagers loved the local vide-greniers ( car boot sales)! Merci Julia!"

"Lovely house, extremely well equipped and clean. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Andy and Uliana were very helpful but not intrusive. We ate at two restaurants in Meyrals which were very good, also Sunday lunch at Aberge Medieval in Audrix, about a 15 minute drive away, was outstanding. Highlight of the week for food was Dimitri cooking for us, it was delicious, plentiful and no more expensive than eating out. We can highly recommend Les Hirondelles!"

"We had a wonderful autumn holiday in this villa. Mahil received us very kindly and the house was fully equipped. (Towels, bed linen,, hairdryer, dishwasher tablets etc). The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds comfortable and a good shower in the bathroom. There was plenty of things to keep you entertain in the garden too. "Nous avons loué ce gite pour entrerrer la vie de jeune Garçon de notre Ami. Nous étions une petite vingtaine venue pour profiter et nous amuser. Nous avonc choisis un weekend de pont, pour pouvoir liéer l'EVG et profiter sur nos temps libre de la Dordogne. Nous avons apprécié la grande maison, la piscine et le fait qu'il y ait tout le nécessaire sur place : serviettes, machines à laver, vaisselles, draps, etc... Nous avions 4 enfants en bas âge et pareil, il y avait beaucoup de choses pour eux : petits jeux, vaisselle incassable, trampoline, lit parapluie, cabane dans le jardin etc. La piscine est bien sécurisée. "This is a great place to relax. The house is in a beautiful part of rural France, a very short distance from the Dordogne River, and we had a great time. The outdoor dining area is great for family meals, you will not even have to use the kitchen as there is a cooker, sink, fridge and dishwasher, as well as BBQs right besides the pool. The house will comfortably sleep 14, but one slight issue is the lack of air conditioning in the single dowmstairs bedroom, not an issue for us, as we all slept...
