"We were returning from skiing and wanted a day to play in Lyon prior to getting on the plane. This was a nice, out of the way place. We went to Lyon and had fun, and were close to the airport when it was time to leave. The house we clean, check in was easy, owner was very helpful. I would stay again!"

"The apartment, with it's lovely garden was just a few minutes walk from the top of the St. Just funicular. Very easy to get away from the old town to relax. Philippe, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. Be sure to go to Grain des Sucres patisserie nearby, if you stay here! "We had arrived in Paris after a 10-hour transatlantic flight, taken the TGV to Lyon, and driven our rental car to St. Albans. We planned to stay two nights to recuperate from jet lag. St. Albans is filled with narrow streets that seem to have more traffic than you would expect in a small town. It was very dark when we arrived and Verizon's international plan offered no connectivity. I knew the address of the rental, and I had the key box code. It would not open the key box. I tried...

"The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, only issue is that it is on top of the mountain and you need the tram to get to town. Not much close by and Ubers are hard to come by, not a lot of options for eating around "
