Studio 3 is functionally furnished and has, on the ground floor, 1 sofa bed, a spacious and comfortable kitchen and the bathroom.
The bathroom layout has been made to new standards to accommodate people with reduced mobility, which is why the toilets are near the shower.
On the mezzanine (roof a bit low) 1 double bed with a comfortable bultex technology mattress.

Thanks to our apartment by the sea, we assure you a charming stay and at the same time 2 steps from shopping centers, restaurants and beaches.
Clos des Aigrettes is an old fisherman's house completely restructured and renovated.
