There’s room for improvement- the bed pillows/bedding/bed could be much better quality; maintenance issues - bedroom closet door was not functioning, and the shower adjuster didn’t stay in place. "Though everything is as advertised, I would not recommend staying here, especially in the summer. A lofted bed makes nighttime bathroom runs a dangerous nuisance (you could fall, hit your head, etc.). Without air conditioning, it was nearly impossible to fall asleep and stay asleep. I would only recommend people stay here in colder months, and only if they are on the shorter side to make it easier to stand in the bed area."

"This hotel was very nice in a non touristy area in the French Alps. The rooms are big and clean. They offer different rooms with spa access or not. Although one of the rooms we stayed at had a spa access, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t comment on the spa. The hotel was fully booked the 4 nights we were there. The hotel is walking distance to pubs, casino and restaurants, so parking could be challenging including the hotel’s self parking, hotel’s underground parking and the public parking spaces close to it. The hotel is walking distance to the train station."
