The room was very warm once we closed the windows, though, and there was no air conditioning so we had trouble sleeping. We could've left the windows open, but given that the hotel is right at the entrance of the Mont, it's quite loud outside. Breakfast was chaotic and there was a very loud fire alarm going on for a very long time in the breakfast room, which the staff did nothing to stop. It's an average place to stay for one night, but I wouldn't go back."

"Perfect location at the island entrance. Close to the ramparts entrances including a 2nd floor exit at the back of the hotel directly onto the ramparts. Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially in handling our luggage before checkin and holding it after checkout until we departed. A quiet hotel and nice ambiance!"
