Cozy Studio in Historic Building on Girard Square Open Loft with King Size Bed

"We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2 years from now. They really thought out everything you would really need for a stay ( wife love they had straws for her) real refrigerator, washer/dryer, night light for going up and down the stairs at night, sitting area for the tv and even bottled water in the refrigerator. Total thumbs up on our stay here."

"We were in town for a baseball tournament in Pittsburg. The house was cute and exactly as depicted in the description. It was clean. Communication with host was easy. I loved seeing the renovation pictures in the picture album. I do wish the fridge was bigger. And I did find about 5 windows that were unlocked. It feels like a safe area but you may want to double check the windows when staying there. Outside of those minor things, this was a great place to stay and we would book it again!"

"I am handicapped and asked the front desk manager if I could have a ground floor room he said no very hard for me to climb the stairs. If I would’ve known, they did not have an elevator. I would’ve not stayed there. The step was great there was no breakfast and they have an indoor pool and my kids swim."

"This was a good, easy stop unexpectedly after the Colorado wildfires meant a detour in our trip itinerary. It’s a well maintained building, very neat, looks to have newer renovations, and very comfortable beds. The only concern was our bathroom appeared to have had a leak from above at some point. Maybe replace the tub and get some new ceiling tiles. You can tell they tried to fix it. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and the accommodations."
