"I'd cycled to Beauvais as part of the Avenue Verte on the way to Paris, I arrived earlier than expected but pretty tired, I hadn't realised that the B&B didn't open until 5pm (this was at 2pm), luckily Stephan came down and opened up early for me. The room I had was stunning and I will definitely be back for a stay with a special friend. Breakfast gets plenty of mentions in other reviews but I found there was plenty of choice to keep me powering toward Paris. Thank you"

"Extremely quiet area, very comfortable bed. The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."

"I found this place by accident. How pleased I am that I did. If you have never been to Normandy ( or even if you have), you must try L'Etape Normande. The accommodation has been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The free use of the spa was very welcome after a long days drive and the breakfast we were provided with, consisting of local cheeses, bread, ham, smoked salmon and home made preserves was simply a delight. "Ein schöner Pferdehof auf dem Land, der schöne Zimmer hat. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Man sieht, dass noch gebaut wird, aber das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem. Problemlos haben wir einen Code und die Informationen zum Zimmer gefunden. Das W- Lan funktioniert nur an einigen Stellen im Zimmer. Sanitäre Anlagen etc. sind super. Frühstück gab es leider keines. Ein Manko: Wir sind fast 40 min auf dem Hof selbst herumgefahren, um zu den Zimmern zu finden. Das Gelände ist sehr...

"Awesome stay in an original and friendly place"

"We stayed for only a night. Our spacious room was modern with a well appointed bathroom. Our host was right there when needed. The breakfast was ample with quality regional products. The manor house is set in a large parkland which is essentially a game preserve for large and small game alike. The owner is guide and supervises shooting parties for groups and other group functions. The main house is tastefully decorated with hunting lodge decor. I would certainly stay there again."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 nuits dans cette ferme ou il fait bon vivre. On se sent "presque" comme à la maison à pouvoir s'installer au coin du feu ou dans le jardin. L'impression néanmoins de déranger par moment quand nous demandons simplement un café, à ajouter une buche dans le feu, ou si nous pouvons utiliser un endroit dans le frigo. C'est dommage, c'est le seul élément qu'il manque à cette propriété."

"The grounds are amazing - so much space, lots of chairs, great outside dining area and a fantastic pool! The kitchen is small but fully equipped. Beds are comfy (except plastic mattress protectors). For us the room layout was an issue. The two twin beds are actally family rooms with double beds in, not separate as it looks like in the listing photos, which are very misleading. This was frustrating for us as we had to have three children in our room - we had booked here to avoid that happening....
