"The property is a delightful little terraced cottage that has everything required for any length of stay. It was immaculate and carried lots of old charm. Only a minute's walk to the beautiful plaza. A brilliant stay."

"Excellent house for a stay in Eymet. The location is perfect - in a quiet spot, but less than 5 minutes’ walk to all the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops of this lovely village. The house itself is really charming, and is very well equipped with all you would need in a home from home. It also has good wifi and a large TV. "Just returned from 10 days at this property. Quite easily the best accommodation we have stayed at in France. Frank is a fantastic host and very accommodating. Communication and check in was simple. The house and pool are absolutely impeccable. Designed and renovated to an extremely high standard. Everything was spotless on arrival and had everything you could possibly need. I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Hoping to return very soon."

"We travelled 1500 km to a 2 day event at Villereal the property was everything we expected. Most friendly and helpful hosts. We would love to revisit with more leisure time."

"Just returned from a very relaxing holiday in this lovely villa with swimming pool. There is so much to do for the children. They particularly loved the mini golf and zip wire. The fresh eggs from the chickens and fresh tomatoes were a massive bonus. I would definitely recommend for a family that wants to get away from it all. Bernard was so helpful and thorough in explaining how everything worked when we arrived. I really hope we can return sometime soon."

"We needed a hotel with parking in Bergerac while we look at houses. Was surprised to find this lovely little hotel with parking outside and a pool was actually in the centre of Bergerac. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the place Gambetta which was lovely. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good value. Will definitely use again"
