The hallways of the hotel were rather shabby looking, dirty carpets and wallpaper peeling off the walls, but you are only walking through them so not a big issue. Reception staff were nice. We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. We arrived by car service to hotel and hotel wouldn't let car service or us into park because reception wasn't open until 11.
