"Terrible. Bugs and aunts. No one in reception. Very dirty. The staff are not nice."

"Excellent place to stay in Loire Valley! Definitely will return for the lovely breakfasts, accommodation and service!!!"

"This hotel is located about 20 minutes from Amboise on a large piece of property! It has an old well kept main building where breakfast and dinner are offered along with rooms. We stayed in the garden suites * Mimoasa and it was spacious with a king size bed. A fridge would have been nice as would a safe but apparently they are being included in the upgrade. Given that there is no convenience store or grocery near by the fridge would be very useful. The pool was lovely and we played golf on the...

"Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Cadre magnifique pour séjour au calme en amoureux ou pour faire la fête sans déranger le voisinage."

"A basic hotel that was nice but not well located."

"I would have reviewed the hotel slightly higher but for the dishonesty of management. We booked a room on Expedia that was described as having a yard. Not sure how deep their direct engagement is with the one-starred Michelin restaurant on the property, but the restaurant did not grant us a proper apology or some kind of discount for the 3 small bullets that was found in the duck meat. Biting onto one could have cracked a tooth or affect a filling; didn’t happen but it’s about principles. First time we encounter such a lack of response from...

"Very enjoyable stay. 25 minute walk to the centre of Amboise. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room. Only criticism was grout needed cleaning in the bathroom."

"Calme, chambre charmante et petit déjeuner agréable."

"Staff"

"Great location, staff & breakfast."

"Exceptional quality in a beautiful setting. Amazing place to stay for chateau lovers."

"This is by far the nicest hotel in the city centre. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is within walking distance to the entire core area. Very quaint place with a pretty garden and pool, which is a rarity for hotels in this area. Would return for sure."
