"Fantastic host and modern clean room "

"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"The room was spacious and super quiet. Slept very well. Love the location as it’s a neighborhood of real people. Not just another tourist trap. The surrounding streets are very hip and where young creative Parisians hang out. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. "

The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"This is definitely the best bed and breakfast experience I have had throughout my decades of travel. In fact, the continental breakfast is far better than any of the 5-star hotels I have stayed in all over Europe. The room is as good as any 4-star hotels. It is an ideal getaway for anybody who needs to find refuge after an extended stay in Paris. The owner-operator will ensure that you get a well-earned rest."

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. This was unexpected. -The bathroom was not cleaned before our arrival. Not by any...

"The room is super cosy and clean in the centre of Paris Nice coffee and tea bar, small fridge, hairdrier. I liked shower cabin which is very large for Paris :) The team could be flexible with check in, so don't hesitate to ask if you can check in earlier. "

"Claire was beyond helpful. She figured out the metro stops for us and provided free parking since we DID NOT want to drive in Paris. The beds and sofa bed were comfy. The shower was hot and the towels were soft. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony and hot tub were wonderful! Claire asked what time to bring breakfast and showed up with a basket of fruits, jellies, fresh baked goods, and more. We felt so spoiled. The neighborhood was safe and we walked around without fear. We recommend...

"The property was very good and is located in a perfect part of Paris. There is access to anything you need within walking distance. The property manager was excellent to work with and addressed all of our questions promptly. We'll certainly stay there again!"
