"After a long day with car trouble, we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel because we couldn't drive any further. We were welcomed by Andreas and a colleague, and we couldn't have asked for a better welcome after our terrible day! Andreas arranged everything we wanted, and we were still able to get something to eat even though the kitchen was almost closing.
