Located in Saint-Nexans, this 150 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with capsule coffee machine and classic filter coffee maker. The property features step-free access, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, private air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, private television, washing machine, and clothes dryer. Heating is available in the living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms for your comfort.



Step outside to enjoy the shared garden with forest, vineyard, and orchard views, along with your private uncovered terrace. The shared heated outdoor pool spans 48 sqm and includes an integrated beach area with waterfalls, plus a separate shallow basin with 30cm depth ideal for supervised children. The pool is open from May through September, weather permitting. An outdoor shower and shared grill are also available for your use.



The property offers 2 shared on-site parking spaces and shared table tennis. Events are not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
