"This property was good for my wife and I. Everything we needed was available. The location is good with a lovely stroll along the water into the town centre. Parking outside on the road was not ideal and it was our 3rd day before we could park directly outside of the house. Only downside was the based bedroom, this is not suitable for use. It is noisy due to hum of fans and dehumidifer that was needed to keep the damp smell down. Great house if you are looking for one bedroom."

"A good base from which to explore the area. The shops and beach were within walking distance and we enjoyed lots of walks with the dog along the beachfront. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the outside space was secure and safe for our dog and cat. An enjoyable stay, thank you!"

"The property is very clean and modern, recently refurbished. It is not huge but comfortable with quality fittings and furniture everywhere. The main bedroom has a big bed (queen I think) and outdoor access via doors but no other window so you do need to leave open for air at night. A fan would be great. "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
