You will enjoy the swimming pool (common and fenced) with salt water (5x10m) with sunbathing, as well as the portico, volleyball, bowling. Close to major tourist sites (Rocamadour, Colonge la rouge, Gouffre de Padirac.......) On the ground floor: an integrated and fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, ...), a living room dining room, a living room, a bedroom with 1 bed 90, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed in 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 90, 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90, landing with library, a bathroom with toilet. Outside: a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. A large enclosed common ground with swimming pool, petanque, playground: volleyball. Common shelter for 2 cars. Additional charge: heating package of 20€ per day. Optional: sheets rental: 15€ / bed, towels rental: 5€ / person. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
