"The Mountain views from the room were beautiful. The windows weren't as clean as they could be to enjoy them fully. The room was dusty. Needs better air quality. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure and temperature were fabulous. I did not eat on site"

"The receptionist went above and beyond to assist us. We had booked but the reservation was cancelled by the app. "

"Parking was easy, somewhat secure. Our TV didn’t work, which was frustrating. Some of the staff members were not very helpful. But, in the end, the manager made everything right. "

"The hotel is OK, but it is dated for $250/night. The elevator that the front desk sent us to post check-in was out of order, so we had to walk across the hotel with our bags to another elevator. The mattresses and bedding appear to be quite old. The hotel seemed clean on the surface, but since it hasn't been updated in a while, the carpets, beds, and pillows are likely embedded with stuff. The pool was closed, and no breakfast items were included with the stay. About the only upside was that the parking was free."
