"The property is inside a gated community and feels very safe. It is clean and well maintained. The one bedroom unit has a beautiful few of the beach and is also close to the swimming pool. It is close to the stores and restaurants in Marigot and a great base to access the island. "

The outside space was also great with a really nice pool for adults and kids and lots of outdoor seating . There is also access to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and the view was spectacular !! Eli was always available to answer questions and help to make our stay memorable !"

"Property was clean and well located. We especially liked that the upstairs bedrooms each had full bathrooms with showers, which is fairly rare near the beach in Orient. Ths home was well stocked with necessities. The pool area could us a little updating and a dryer would have been nice, but we all liked the property!"
