We were a family of 7 with different aged children and there is so much to do and see. A highlight with kids was the nearby lake ‘ Le Lac’ only a 6 minute drive where we did water sports such as inflatables and paddle boards. "A friend and I have just spent a long weekend at Le Batison. The property is situated in a nice village, is clean and well equipped and provides for a very comfortable stay. A short drive ( c 2 miles ) takes you into Brionne where you will find the usual shops including a Carrefour supermarket. We travelled to Normandy for a cycling break and found the neighboring countryside very enjoyable cycling territory."

"We really enjoyed our time @ this tiny home: it was cozy and very well decorated! You really feel like you're the only one in the world with all the space around you. The garden and surroundings are amazing and very spacious. The fact that the house has no electricity was a little bit of a surprise (found that out via another posting), but there is a battery available and we made it work!
