We stayed here for 1 night. The accomodation was great! Walking distance to the city centre. And free parking outside. The host gave us drinks (cider) and food (chocolate & candy) for free! I highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay in Saint Malo!

The property is plenty big enough for one person, the only downside is the stairs are tricky to manage if you’re not as young as you use to be.

Cute little cottage

What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used to it and would stay again, if we were in the area. Thank you Didier

M. Didier est un hôte exceptionnel. Petite bouteille de cidre au frais a notre arrivée. Il était là à notre arrivé. Nous à fourni une carte de St Malo et expliquer comment fontionne le wi fi , le stationnement etc.. nous recommandons fortememt. Cependant le lit en haut était un peu inconfortable.

Logement très sympathique

A part le temps venteux Tout c'est très bien passé avec Didier l'hôte de la maison qui est d'une disponibilité à toute épreuve et très gentil. Sa maison petite certes mais fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire et sa situation proche d'intra muros et de toutes les commodités facilite les choses.La place de parking très pratique.

Pied à terre au top intra-muros, Saint-Malo

Location Saint-Malo, louée le temps d’un week-end pour pouvoir avoir un pied-à-terre à Saint-Malo. Petit studio très bien, situé possibilité d’aller à pied à intra-muros. Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil et attentionné. Encore merci .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement.Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec soin. Il est proche des commerces et de la plage à pieds. Nous avons réservé ce logement en hiver et n'avons pas eu froid.Didier est très réactif et flexible. Merci encore, nous reviendront avec plaisir.

Logement bien situé entre plage et intra murs mais non adapté aux personnes âgées ou PMR. Le parking est très utile. Très bon accueil.

Tiny housse idéale pour découvrir St Malo et ses environs

Didier a été un hôte assez exceptionnel je dois dire, dans le sens où il a permis à ma soeur et à moi même de réaliser notre randonnée vélo en réparant dès notre arrivée et avec les moyens du bord le vélo de ma soeur. Aucun réparateur n'était disponible et c'était le week-end... Prévenant, accueillant et d'une disponibilité incroyable il s'est vraiment plié en quatre pour nous aider. La mini maison de Didier offre tout le confort et les équipements d'une grande en toute simplicité. L'accès à la chambre et à la sdb se fait par un escalier assez raide, c'est la seule contrainte. Une bonne bouteille de cidre du terroir nous attendait au frais pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue, c'est une attention qui nous a touchées. La maison est idéalement située et permet de rejoindre le port, la ville intra-muros, la gare ou les grands axes très rapidement. Je retiens l'adresse pour une prochaine visite!

Gros merci à Didier pour l'accueil (avec une bouteille de cidre en prime!). Le logement était parfait avec tout le nécessaire. Bien situé, tout se fait à pied en 15 min. Il y a aussi une station de bus à 2 min à pied également qui peut nous mener à l'intra muros ou à l'aquarium. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits, nous recommandons vivement le logement.
