Apartment located on the furrow, on the 1st floor of a small building (no lift), it has the advantage of offering you an exceptional sea view (from St Malo intra muros, the fort national, cézembre, the large beach of the furrow ...) with privileged access to the beach and a parking space.

The apartment is modern (about 60 M2), composed of a very large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen) equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, grill bread...
2 bedrooms, consisting of 2 double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine / dryer.

It is a very comfortable apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
The historic city center of Saint-Malo is less than 2 kilometers (15-20 minutes on foot), the Surf School water sports center and the Thermes Marins are located at the foot of the apartment. Shops and restaurants nearby, 1km from the SNCF train station (10mn walk), 75km from Rennes airport, 15 km from Dinard golf course.

You can easily access the other tourist points of the Emerald Coast: Dinard, Cancale and the Bay of Mon

L’appartement est top : clair et très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et enfin (et surtout) avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Pas de rue entre l’immeuble et la plage de la Houguette, juste la digue servant de voie piétonne. Nous avons passé un super séjour, et si nous avons l’occasion de revenir à Saint Malo, c’est cet appartement que nous choisirions.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce magnifique et lumineux appartement face à la mer. Très bien agencé et confortable. L’école de surf est juste en face et les commerces sympatiques derrière . La vue est splendide .Il est aussi très bien equipé .Très calme aussi.
