Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming 55m2 apartment in a small condominium in the heart of St Malo Intra-Muros, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), bathed in light. It benefits from a beautiful sea view on the kitchen side, a view of the rooftops on the other side, can accommodate up to 6 travelers and benefits from a private garage. Bed linen and towels are provided, WIFI included.

Day area:
A beautiful, bright living room with a comfortable TV lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people), a dining area with a convivial dining table seating up to 6 people.
A functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker.
Sleeping area:
- 2 large double bedrooms (bed 160x200) with storage space, the beds can be separated into 2 single beds in each.
- Bathroom with shower and 1-basin sink, towel dryer.
- Separate WC.
Close to restaurants, shops and beaches.
You'll have free wifi access, and we supply sheets, towels and tea towels. Your bed will be made up for your arrival.
You will also have access to a private garage for one vehicle at the bottom of the building.
End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine chores such as cleaning and putting away dishes or taking out the trash. A supplement of €30 will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.

In the heart of the city :
Visits: museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts outside.
From Place St Vincent, you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town.
Food: On Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, you'll find some great local produce:
butters and cheeses from chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables at Les 4 saisons, fresh fish at the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absinthe.
Restaurants and cafés :
On Place Chateaubriand, you'll find great seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'or, a Sunday lunchtime brunch at Maison Générale for the pleasure of both taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant with its home-cooked menu of tarts, salads, tartines and soups in a brocante decor.
In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic ambience at St Patrick's, a bistro atmosphere at Java with its swings, or a beer-loving Aviso with its 500 beers! For cocktail lovers, head to La Fabrique, and if you prefer a nautical and sailing atmosphere, you can drink a toast at La Trinquette on the harbor alongside the Bassin Vauban!
