"Oh my goodness. This vast wonderland was marvelous. From the charmingly and tastefully appointed (and immaculately clean!) rooms to the lounge areas to the 5-star restaurant (we met the chef! who was a fabulous combination of kind, friendly and pretty) to all the activities on the seemingly endless grounds, we could have only had a better experience if we stayed more nights. Despite my rather large vocabulary, I will fall short if I try to describe it. You must go there to experience it for yourself. From the lovely people at check-in to those who transported us to various activities and took our luggage, I found that they loved their jobs or at least showed that they wanted to be there helping us have fun and enjoy the stay. Next time, more nights."

"Generally the room had what you needed but the bath was tiny with no vent fan so the mirror always fogged up. Rough towels. Breakfast was lousy with cold tasteless scrambled eggs, no fresh bread this morning, no attendant, left over pastries."

"This is a really comfortable hotel in a very convenient location, right on the edge of town close to major roads and not too far from the station. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is also good and reasonably priced. We stayed 3 nights and the ONLY downside for us was that on the second and third mornings there was no milk available at breakfast for cereal and tea. Our request was met with a mild apology and shrug. We mentioned this to the manager and suggested that perhaps someone could go and fetch some for the following day from the huge supermarket a couple of hundred metres away and he said this wasn’t possible, so there was no milk the following morning either!! This was such a weird situation, and if this hadn’t happened we would have given the hotel an overwhelmingly positive review. Special mention for the young lady serving dinner on the evenings we were there-she was lovely!"
